Micke Systems provides done-for-you AI automation systems, which may include AI receptionists, SMS agents, lead capture and follow-up, appointment automation, review automation, CRM and workflow automation, email and SMS marketing, and ads and tracking integrations. Specific deliverables are defined in a separate agreement with each client.

While our systems are designed to respond to leads, book appointments, and automate repetitive tasks, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including revenue, lead volume, or conversion rates. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your business, market, and how the system is used.

• Provide accurate and current business information for system configuration.
• Maintain the accuracy of your services, hours, service area, and policies.
• Ensure you have the right to use any phone numbers, calendars, and accounts you connect.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including those governing marketing and communications.
• Obtain proper consent before any SMS or email communications are sent on your behalf.

Our systems use automated AI agents to handle calls, messages, and workflows. AI may not always interpret information correctly. Human handoff can be configured for situations requiring a person, but you are responsible for monitoring the system and reviewing its outputs. We are not liable for actions taken or not taken by automated systems.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Micke Systems or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Fees for Services are defined in a separate agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any third-party costs, such as phone, SMS, or advertising platform charges, incurred through your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any contractual notice period in your service agreement.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Micke Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of leads, revenue, or data.

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as calendar, CRM, phone, and advertising providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.
